He is also attached to The Zen Speciality Hospital , Shusrut Hospital , IVF Nova cente and The Inlaks Hospital in Chembur. He offers his expert Urology services to The Apollo Hospital at Nerul, Shushrusha Citizens Hospital at Dadar and The Global Hospital at Parel . He is The Faculty director in Urology at CEMAST, a centre of excellence for training in Minimal access Surgery based in Worli. Dr Bradoo has had his basic and Speciality training from LTMMedical College and LTMG hospital , Sion , Mumbai. He took advanced training in Endourology and Renal Transplant at Nadiad and completed his FRCS Urology in London.
He has been The Past President of Indian Medical Association - Chembur . A rotarian cadre , he has been on vocational team thrice and is a cochair for Diabetes in the district as well as a cochair for VTT . As an Organising Secretary for USICON 2017 , a recently concluded National Urology Conference with over 3000 delegates he has had experience in managing big academic events. Professor Renuka Bradoo is the Head of Department of ENT and Head Neck Surgery at L.T.M Medical College and General Hospital (Sion Hospital) Mumbai, India. She is an internationally acknowledged expert in the field of endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery.
Her special interest and focus of research is a tumour called Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma. She was the first surgeon in India and amongst the first in the world to undertake endoscopic excision of this tumour. Her work in this field over the last 18 years has culminated in one of the largest international series of this rare tumor. She has pioneered the ‘Push-Pull Approach' for very large tumours.
She is the author of ‘Anatomical Principles of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery – A Step by Step Approach’ and has 10 textbook chapters and numerous peer reviewed publications to her credit. She has been awarded many orations. She has conducted an annual course in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery at her institution over the last 16 years during which she has trained over 1500 ENT surgeons from India and abroad.
She has lectured or conducted surgical workshops throughout India and in many other countries like USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Bahrain, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Oman and Nepal. She also conducts hands on workshops in airway reconstructive surgery – her other field of interest.
She has been awarded the FAIMER fellowship and has a keen interest in medical teaching.
